What is your return policy for boxing equipment and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items, provided they are in their original packaging, unworn, and with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hand wraps and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
How do I care for my BOXRAW hand wraps and sauna suits?
To maintain the longevity of your gear, we recommend machine washing hand wraps in a wash bag on a cold setting and air drying. Sauna suits should be hand washed with mild soap and hung to dry away from direct sunlight.
